AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
All gemstones displayed in the catalogue are one-offs; it is possible to order a single unit or a pair as described in the catalogue.
Items marked as sold or optioned are no longer available.
When an order is confirmed or paid for, the item will automatically be marked as sold.
It is possible to option gemstones by paying a deposit or by confirming the payment in case of bank transfer.
The gemstones are displayed in our shop in Riccione.
We accept the following payments on-line:
All credit cards via Keyclient secure inter-banking circuit systems
Payment from your Paypal account
Credit cards through the Paypal circuit. It is possible to use your credit card through the Paypal circuit even if you don’t have a Paypal account. You have to select “I do not have a Paypal account” and enter your details and those of your credit card.
Bank transfer: we will email you our bank details and will option the gemstones for 5 days, meantime you proceed with the bank transfer. You can confirm the purchase by emailing us a copy of the bank transfer payment at our email address or by fax on +39 0541 1830718.
MyBank allows you to pay securely online directly from your current account without any registration or share sensitive data. Select MyBank option, choose your bank and you will be redirected to your online banking service where you can login using your usual access codes.
The merchandise is available at our shop and is generally despatched within 24 hours.
All despatches are covered by insurance for the entire value of the merchandise sent.
Despatch costs, based on the value of the merchandise, the destination area/country, will automatically be calculated by adding the selected item in the basket.
Our parcels are sealed with tamper-proof tape, so if the parcel appears to be have been opened or tampered with we advise you to refuse delivery or receive it as “unchecked goods”, otherwise the insurance may not cover eventual damage.
(Despatches within Italy)
Despatches are made by express courier with delivery within 48 hours or by an armoured vehicle, if the value of the merchandise is over €4.500, with delivery within 72 hours. In cases of exceptional bad weather or for deliveries to problematic areas, the delivery times indicated by the carriers may be subject to delay. Delivery to the islands generally requires an extra day.
(Despatches within EU)
Merchandise despatched within EU can travel freely and there are no customs clearance fees or duties to be added.
Despatches are made by express courier and delivery times vary from between 4 to 10 working days.
(Despatches outside EU)
Despatches outside EU are subject to customs clearance by the receiving country. Eventual customs clearance costs or fees are under responsibility of the customer. The carrier may contact the addressee for any import duties. The customer is responsible for importing the goods into the country and uncollected parcels will be subject to non-refundable costs for returning to the sender.

SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED
Conditions for return and the right to withdraw:
We apply the right to withdraw as stated in Italian Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999 as per EU 97/7/EC directive on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts and on-line purchases.
Clients wishing to exercise the right to withdraw must notify their intention within 10 days of receiving the merchandise as per law. The notification must be sent via email with return receipt or by registered letter to our office.
The right to withdraw is subject to the following conditions:
- The products must be in mint conditions, with no signs of wear and tear, abrasion, scratches or scuffs.
- The products must be returned in the original package
Pursuant to Article 59 of the mentioned “Consumer Code”, the following products are excluded from the application of the Right of withdrawal:
- stones supplied in a sealed package, if the package has been opened and / or tampered with (eg: blister-certified diamonds)
- customized products such as jewels made on measure of the gem chosen by the customer and the setting model chosen by the customer from those available in the online catalog or on the specific indication of the customer
- products ready for delivery when modified upon customer request (made to measure, engraved, or modified in any way)

Delivery and insurance charges for returning merchandise, as well as adequate packing of the parcel are the responsibility of the client. The client is solely responsible for the merchandise until it is delivered to the recipient and is responsible for loss, damage or theft of same.
We reserve the right to refuse returns in case of evident signs of damage or alteration to the products.
Once the return has been accepted, Luxedo will credit the amount paid by the Client, deducting the costs of delivery paid at the time of despatch, within 10 days. Despatch costs paid by the client will be reimbursed only in cases of error on Luxedo part.
The right of return can be guaranteed for all the countries belonging to the European Free Trade Association.

All LUXEDO jewels come with a guarantee certificate that certifies the authenticity and the conformity of our creations, the nature and quality of the fine gemstones and diamonds verified by our Gemmological Laboratory.
The fineness of the gold used, as described in its guarantee certificate, is also granted by the hallmark on each goldsmith product as per Italian/European standards in force (e.g., <750> means 750/1000 gold, equal to 18K)
We guarantee the jewels against all defects in materials or craftmanship for 2 (two) years after the date of purchase.
For 2 years from the date of purchase we will repair the jewel free of charge should any defects be found. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace the jewel with another one of equal value.
Should any part of the jewel become loose or dislodged, the part must be delivered to us in order to restore it to the original condition.
The guarantee is void in case of improper or incorrect use, repairs carried out by third parties, negligence, normal wear or accidental damage.
Under the guarantee terms, you may bring or send the faulty jewel to our shop along with the original proof-of-purchase within 2 years from the date of purchase.
